Service is on the slower side, but not much different from other Hardee's. The quality of the food is okay and accuracy has been decent.
They have really good food here ... When it's actually made it well! The service here lately is absolutely horrible! The Kooks absolutely don't care about making the order right. There was only one guy that actually cared everyone else was just there for a job! Sad
Worst ever. Went through the drive-thru and we got someone else's food and pop and had to turn around to get the correct food. And to think fast food employees want raises and they can't even get a simple order correct. Smh
Stopped in for a sandwich Friday evening May 12; there was a shortage of roast beef so I ordered a hamburger; my mother asked for a ham sandwich. Clerk misunderstood order (I was fine with what I got, but he was determined to get it the way I had asked, bless his heart) and gave us an extra ham sandwich to compensate for the error. Great service, and I gave the extra sandwich to my son in law, who enjoyed it immensely!
