They threw me through so many loopholes. I was trying to transfer a title to my name and I had to go back in there 5 times because they wanted something else every time I went in. I went to the Glencoe one and they transferred it no problem.
They need to get it together, I paid for and was given new tabs and plates after getting my new vehicle all legal and registered, now almost a yr later I get a letter saying they want to take my car away over a mistake that THEY made. When i called and read the letter I received from their department, the lady tried to tell me the letter didn't say any of what it does, I'm bringing it there, these people in this state are daft, that's putting it politely.....
