After coming home and discovering a flooded (fully finished) basement due to sump pump failure, we called ServiceMaster right away. A technician came to our home that evening to begin the dry-out process. For the next several days we had visits by other ServiceMaster personnel who were all very kind, helpful, and reassuring. Our basement is now fully dry and we are ready to begin reconstruction. We appreciate the response time, know-how, and professionalism of the hard-working people at ServiceMaster who helped us in our moment of great need.

I called St Cloud office on Saturday to book appointment for Monday. They got right back to me to arrange for Monday. Shawn and his team met me at my rental property on Monday at the time specified. He told me my options for remediation and I agreed. He returned the next day as he said he would and the work was completed to my satisfaction.
