Just moved to Hutchinson and needing a hair cut I thought I would try Fantastic Sams as I have been more than pleased with the stylists at FS in Arden Hills, MN. Walked into FS in Hutchinson I was registered after a short wait Pearl came over introduced herself asked what I was thinking about a style. We talked it over she went to work and I am more than pleased. I will be back to have Pearl style my hair again!!
No! Everytime I come here to get a few highlights they tell me they don't have time. 2 hours left in the day is most definitely enough time for a half foil, AND when it comes to customer service I was taught that they come first. Even if someone walks in at 645 you should do what they need, and I'm sure you'll get a bigger tip and better reviews from it. I will no longer be going here.
My hair can be very difficult and doesn't do what it should. Getting my hair cut is typically a nightmare. Could not get in to my regular hair dresser of 10 yrs. Gave Fantastic Sams a try and was very pleased! Everyone was very nice and Pearl did an AMAZING job! Way to go Pearl!!
