The staff here are typically friendly and approachable. When I came here to buy a case and glass screen protector for my new phone the staff directed me to the area they were in and helped me find what I was looking for. In addition, one of the sales associates even put the screen protector on my phone after I purchased it, which was really nice.
Price match not at all - found 5 other places on internet with lower prices for a instant mini 9 camera yet they did not match price. Best Buy sucks
We are very fortunate to have Best Buy. Most smaller towns don't have a store like this. I hope Best Buy continues to locate in Hutchinson Minnesota because it's a great draw for Hutchinson.
The Samsung guy there is awesome! I think he spent 2 hours trying to help me download pictures. Wish I could fine his card because I can't remember his name for sure. I will definitely be back there if I need help again, even when it's out of my way.
THERE EMPLOYEES R VERY VERY HELPFULL. THEY STAY WITH U IN THE STORE TELL U R DONE WITH YOUR SHOPPING. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK.
One thing to note, however, is this store only has 2 gaming laptops on display (because it isn't in a large enough city is what I'm assuming). So if you were wanting to look at gaming laptops I'd go to a different Best Buy (they do order and ship to the store though--I purchased a ROG GL502VS gaming laptop from this Best Buy and it was shipped to the store).
